Job Summary
- Operate monitor and troubleshoot packaging equipment to support production goals.
- Perform equipment changeovers adjustments and basic maintenance activities.
- Inspect products to ensure quality food safety and operational standards are met.
- Complete production quality and equipment documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following good manufacturing practices and sanitation requirements.
- Use computer systems to record production information and support daily operations.
- Support safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that enhance safety quality and efficiency.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 years manufacturing experience with mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Basic computer skills including data entry and production documentation experience.
- Strong focus on safety quality detail teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Being on your feet walking around the facility climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting pushing or carrying materials.
