Machine Operator Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Machine Operator - Onsite position with a Major Financial Institution located in Cincinnati OH. This is a 5 month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour W2 based on qualifications

Position Overview:
This role involves operating incoming mail and Falcon machines within a banking operations environment. The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods lift up to 20 pounds and work a flexible schedule based on business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for routine operational and administrative work related to mail processing and data entry.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Operate incoming mail and Falcon machines including some manual extraction
• Administer defined procedures tasks and report preparation for documentation processing
• Perform routine operational and administrative work with little discretion
• Handle filing recording processing and organization of documentation
• Complete tasks by following clearly defined procedures
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for 8 hours twisting bending squatting and lifting up to 20 pounds
• Key data accurately and efficiently
• Other duties as assigned

PrimaryRequirements:

• 0-1 years of experience with working knowledge of business or general office skills
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 20 pounds
• Works well with others in a team environment
• Open-minded and adaptable to new ideas in a changing environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in 10-Key able to perform with a high degree of speed and accuracy
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional attention to detail

Desired Skills:

• College degree
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Basic knowledge of banking policies procedures and government regulations
• Ability to meet production goals
