Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a Shift Machine Operator (7:00pm-7:00am) to be based out of Byesville OH. Reporting to the shift supervisor the Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machines/set of machines which includes set up operation quality and monitoring production. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to performing simple or routine set-ups following processes completion of necessary paperwork and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
What youll do:
Machine Operators responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read and comprehend production Standard Work all Safety procedures and Maintenance instructions
- Operate and observe machinery during production
- Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality to customer requirements and quality standards
- Collaborate with co-workers supervisors and managers to achieve productivity and site goals
- Monitors and maintains production and scrap rates
- All associates must embrace and foster and environment that supports our core values of Accountability Teamwork Integrity Respect and Excellence
What youll bring:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- The ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- Good understanding of basic math required for quick and accurate counting and calculations
- Attention to detail accuracy time management and organization
- Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment comfortable with multiple competing demands and able to deal with frequent change delays or unexpected events in a calm and logical manner
- Must be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift pull or push at least 50lbs.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime
Within 3 months youll:
- Complete any required training
- Have developed relationships within the department
- Be well-versed in priorities and the importance of your role to daily operations

As of the date of this posting a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $20.00/hr. Placement in the range depends on several factors including but not limited to specific competencies relevant education qualifications certifications relevant experience skills seniority performance shift travel requirements and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include but not limited to overtime shift differentials bonuses commissions stock and other incentives.
