Machine Operator

Immediate need - 1st 7:00am-3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned assembly tasks under the direction of the Production Supervisor.
• Operate a range of equipment such as conformal coating systems singulation machines and begin training on wave solder machinery.
• Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using a variety of hand tools and hardware.
• Identify and address defects in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards (all classes).
• Maintain a high standard of quality while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Follow all company policies and expectations outlined in the General Requirements for Team Members.

What You Bring:

• Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience using basic tools and testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Comfortable handling small intricate parts and performing repetitive tasks.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read comprehend and follow instructions and documentation.
• Problem-solving skills to handle tasks involving multiple variables and minimal standardization.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
