Position Overview:

We are seeking aMachine Operatorto join our dynamic this role you will help us harvest and grow our product for our customers. You will work closely with our maintenance team harvest & pack area and our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Embrace and exhibit Local Bountis core values.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of multiple machines and tools including their safe operation uses and maintenance in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic knowledge of the English language including being able to read speak write and to train others on operations to include understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
- Analytical skills and the ability to use logic and reasoning to trouble shoot identify solutions conclusions or approaches to a problem.
- Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous safe production of the product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months related experience or training or equivalent of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong knowledge of machinery and tools.
- Must frequently lift and/or move 10 to 25 pounds and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
