Machine Operator

Summary:The Machine Operator provides cut materials by setting up and operating cutting/splicing machinery. Prepares assembles and tests assemblies in accordance with WO information customer specifications work instructions and quality Operating knife cutter to accurately cut gaskets based on part number and drawing on cutting gaskets using clicker presses PRECO & rotary inspection and packing operation. Ensuring the correct packaging materials are extruded materials to specified O-rings and packaging per Work order specsWorking to achieve maximum productivity and exceed time allocated without compromising good required inspection as directed per work and identify unacceptable goods for disposition per nonconforming material and service procedures and all Company safety guidelines wear prescribed safety attire and work safely at all aware of guidelines for physical security of manufacturing and assembly any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Requirements: 2 years working in a manufacturing environment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust to lift up to 15 periods of standingWork on jobs that require repetitive work and motion (packaging kits)Discern minor differences (quality inspection of product)Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
