Job Summary

As a Machine Operator - Finishing you will drive manufacturing quality by leading equipment set-ups machine changeovers and troubleshooting on assigned this role you will own operational decisions on adjustments to keep production running smoothly while upholding strict safety and product quality standards.

Shift: C Team 11p-7a Monday-Friday

Starting Hiring Rate: $25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differential 

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Operation & Setup: Perform routine machine set-ups changeovers and operational adjustments per product specifications and standard practices.

  • Quality & Data Tracking: Inspect finished products for quality track performance-to-plan and record operating/downtime data using computer software (MFG Pro).

  • Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean safe work area (5S) adhere to safety policies and assist with basic equipment maintenance activities.

  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate in team problem-solving and cross-departmental initiatives to reduce waste and boost productivity


Qualifications :

  • High school diploma/GED OR 3 years of manufacturing experience

  • Proficiency with computer applications (MFG Pro skills preferred)

  • Ability to follow written/oral instructions and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
