Bindery Operator 3Wage: $25.25/hour with an increase in 6 months if eligibleJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Bindery Operator 3 to oversee finishing processes operate complex machinery train junior staff and troubleshoot equipment issues to meet production ResponsibilitiesEquipment Operation:Set up adjust and operate complex bindery machines such as perfect binders cutters folders collators and & Maintenance:Diagnose and resolve complex operating and mechanical issues perform routine maintenance and minimize Assurance:Monitor production ensure quality control and conduct final & Training:Direct crew activities train junior operators and ensure safety and Management:Interpret job orders plan operations and coordinate with other departments to meet & Safety:Document production data maintain records and follow safety Qualifications and SkillsExperience:Typically 3-5 years in bindery operations with experience in complex projects or Knowledge:Expertise in bindery equipment setup procedures capabilities and limitations including knowledge of paper Aptitude:Strong mechanical skills for making complex machine -Solving:Excellent problem-solving :Strong communication and teamwork Demands:Ability to stand for extended periods lift up to 50 pounds (occasionally 75) and perform repetitive tasks.
