Job Summary
Now Hiring a Machine Operator for a Great Company in Tallmadge OH
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Load large master rolls of material onto the slitting machine
- Adjust blades spacers and guides for required widths
- Input production specifications
- Operate slitting equipment during production runs
- Monitor speed tension and alignment
- Ensure accurate cuts and proper winding of finished rolls
- Inspect for defects such as uneven edges wrinkles tears and incorrect widths
Schedule: First Shift 6:00am - 2:00pm Second Shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm or 1:00pm - 11:00pm Third Shift 8:00pm - 6:00am
Staring Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Paid Weekly
Incentives:
$150 Attendance Bonus Paid Out Bi-Quarterly
