Machine Operator 1st Shift

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Machine Operator to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment while ensuring precision quality and safety in production this role you will set up and run machine tools perform inspections and monitor production outputs to meet tight tolerances and specifications. You will play a key role in maintaining equipment identifying issues and supporting efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machine tools such as CNC lathes machining centers drill presses grinders punch presses or similar equipment

Set up equipment and perform minor repairs adjustments and calibrations as required

Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances

Monitor feeds speeds and machining conditions to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy

Read and interpret drawings specifications and technical documentation

Detect and report defective materials or abnormal machine conditions

Perform routine machine maintenance including cleaning lubrication and upkeep

Dispose of scrap and waste materials in compliance with company and environmental standards

Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment and follow all safety procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to operate and maintain machine tools and equipment

Ability to read and interpret drawings with minimal supervision

Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measurement techniques

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high precision standards

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and complete tasks within time limits

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Associates degree or diploma in Machine Technology or related field

Experience with CNC equipment and basic NC programming

Knowledge of trigonometry and advanced measurement techniques

Experience working in a manufacturing or machining environment

Experience maintaining tight tolerances

Specific vision abilities required include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Type: Onsite -This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.

Expected Base Salary Range: $37440-$43950

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the companys base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors including but not limited to the physical worksite location the geographic market of that location candidates skill set level of experience education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidates experience skills and business needs.
