Pay rate: $35.00/hr - $45/hr.

Position Title: LVN / LPN
Location: Vestal NY 13850

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to physician orders.
- Perform medication passes in accordance with established clinical standards and facility protocols.
- Monitor residents conditions and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate complete and timely patient documentation.
- Provide compassionate nursing care while following facility policies procedures and standards.
- Supervise and support CNAs on assigned units to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Active license NY (state) No License Hit Allowed
- Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
- Must be able to pass a medication administration (med pass) test and clinical observation
- Strong attendance and punctuality required
