Luxury Residential Construction Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee high-end residential construction projects including custom luxury homes renovations and restorations across the Hamptons and Long Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily jobsite operations and lead carpentry teams.

• Coordinate subcontractors schedules materials and project execution.

• Ensure high-quality workmanship site safety and compliance with OSHA requirements.

• Track project progress maintain records and communicate with project managers and clients.

• Train team members and resolve onsite construction issues.

Requirements:

• 810 years of experience in high-end residential construction.

• Experience leading carpentry teams and managing subcontractors.

• Strong knowledge of luxury home construction renovations and restoration projects.

• Proficiency with Procore and construction documentation.

• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must be able to travel to project sites in the Hamptons/Long Island area.
