RiverMead is a not-for-profit full-service Lifecare Community located in beautiful Peterborough New Hampshire. Were committed to exceptional resident care while creating a workplace where team members feel valued supported and empowered to grow.
- 2nd Shift: $2.50/hour
- 3rd Shift: $3.50/hour
- Weekend Differential: $1.50/hour
(Friday 5 PM Sunday midnight)
As an LPN at RiverMead youll play a vital role in supporting the health comfort and well-being of our residents by:
- Delivering compassionate high-quality nursing care
- Conducting resident assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Developing and updating individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Performing therapeutic procedures including wound care immunizations and infection management
- Collaborating closely with physicians families and interdisciplinary team members
- Promoting resident dignity safety and quality of life
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current New Hampshire LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Compassionate team-oriented approach to resident care
