Position Summary

Fisk Electric a Tutor Perini Company is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of low voltage and systems integration scopes on construction projects.

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of project deliveryincluding planning scheduling budgeting coordination and closeoutwhile ensuring compliance with contract requirements safety standards and company policies. The Low Voltage Project Manager serves as a key liaison between internal teams clients subcontractors and vendors.

DESCRIPTION:

• Manage all aspects of low voltage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Review and interpret contract documents including drawings specifications and project criteria

• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and forecasts

• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with schedule cost and quality objectives

• Coordinate with field personnel to support installation and ensure scope execution

• Manage RFIs submittals change orders and closeout documentation

• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors

• Track project costs labor productivity and financial performance

• Lead project meetings and serve as primary client contact

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• Support commissioning testing and project turnover

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree preferred (Engineering Construction Management or similar) but not required

• 3 years of low voltage experience with experience working on Data Centers

• Knowledge of construction processes (RFIs submittals change orders)

• Experience with Procore Bluebeam AutoCAD Microsoft Office

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Willingness to travel

• Valid drivers license
