Job Title: Low Voltage Project Manager (Fiber/ISP Focus)

Location: Colorado Springs CO

Duration: Contract to hire

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

Manage full lifecycle of low voltage and fiber optic projects from pre-construction through closeout
Develop accurate cost estimates bids and proposals for ISP and structured cabling projects
Interpret construction drawings fiber splicing diagrams and network designs
Coordinate labor materials subcontractors and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for clients vendors and internal teams
Conduct site walks and pre-bid assessments to validate scope and identify risks
Track project budgets change orders and overall profitability
Ensure compliance with safety standards local codes and company quality expectations
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to field technicians and crews
Troubleshoot project issues using hands-on field knowledge when necessary

Required PPE: Hardhat high-vis vest gloves steel toed boots goggles
