Parking Lot Auditor Los Angeles CALocation: Multiple hospitality properties in Los AngelesBase Pay: $20.00 per hour (Depending on property)Job Type: Full-time and part-timeSchedule: Day evening overnight weekend and holiday shiftsStatus: Non-ExemptThe posted pay range reflects the hourly wage Parking Management Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the position covers properties with different starting rates the posting must instead provide the actual minimum and maximum hourly wage range PMC reasonably expects to the PMC TeamParking Management Company (PMC) is hiring a dependable detail-oriented Parking Lot Auditor to support hotel self-parking position monitors overnight parking activity completes vehicle and revenue audits maintains accurate records assists guests and helps keep the parking facility safe clean and organized. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently using computers and parking systems and remaining alert throughout an overnight Youll DoIssue parking tickets process payments and accurately track receipts and related shift reports vehicle counts ticket logs revenue reports and other required errors discrepancies and unusual activity vehicle information organize keys when applicable and maintain accurate parking inspect the parking area and report hazards suspicious activity parking violations and security all safety and incident-reporting the parking area booth and workstation clean and damaged equipment lighting problems debris and other guests with payments parking questions and clearly and professionally with guests team members supervisors and dependable attendance and arrive prepared for scheduled company and property a professional appearance and other job-related duties consistent with the positions responsibilities and operational Skills and AbilitiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED parking auditing cash-handling hospitality or customer-service experience math and computer attention to detail and organizational to maintain accurate written and electronic communication and customer-service to work independently and make sound to work assigned days evenings overnight shifts weekends and & Background RequirementsA valid drivers license and an acceptable motor vehicle record are required only when driving is an essential function of the assigned will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act.
