Do you enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment U-Haul is looking for friendly dependable team members to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe clean and organized lot.

Shift:Weekends needed and closing shifts

Pay:$16-$19 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with rentals returns and U-Haul services
• Prepare inspect clean and position trucks trailers and equipment
• Maintain a safe organized and customer-ready lot
• Use mobile technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Answer customer questions and recommend products and services
• Support daily operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing walking bending and lifting
• Ability to move equipment connect trailers and lift supplies
• Comfortable working in an active outdoor environment
