Job Description:

Organizational Relationship:

This position reports directly to the Loonie Supervisor

Positions needed - 2

Skills Knowledge and Abilities:

Pay attention to detail

Mechanical Aptitude

Ability to read measurements and specifications

Problem solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift and move materials

Teamwork and communication skills

Description of Duties:

Operate edgebanding machinery safely and efficiently

Feed panels or cabinet parts into the machine

Ensure proper edge banding application and adhesion

Inspect finished parts for quality defects or alignment issues

Adjust machine settings for size thickness or material changes

Monitor glue application and trimming functions

Remove defective materials from production

Maintain production flow and meet daily goals

Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance

Follow PPE and safety requirements
