Identifies critical items before they impact the completion of production and maintenance schedules. Provides customer support to various areas within the Supply Chain DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Warehouse Hangar Part Department (HPD) Clerk:Moves and transports product using in-house requisitions to fill demand from Heavy Distribution products as needed to support daily Picklist-Pull inventory and stages for kits or consolidates parts for ERP In-Transit report & verifies items have been daily inventory cycle counts for customer requirements in inventory accuracy and parts out HAZMAT paperwork for items being transported to other on-site stores and warehouse internal inspections in preparation for live and put away stock from away recapped CFE parts and material into accountability of stock for various CFE to local supplier sites to retrieve inventory by AOG vehicle every 2 hours to other buildings as location inventory by AOG vehicle as required by immediate request from to other local ATS buildings to put sheet stock away or unload large supplier trucks as needed to assist RMA return requests for shipping to off-units in with customers on disposition of off-units and email requests from internal production and support up to date training in ATS Plateau Shipping ClerkMoves and transports product using out HAZMAT paperwork for items being transported to other on-site stores and warehouse internal inspections in preparation for live Shipping with preparation of shipments including packing boxing and to local supplier sites to retrieve shipments for Alt Outside Service order for crates and provides dimensions and weights to email requests from internal production and support to daily questions from production about parts tooling and shipping information to Account Service Reps and customers as up-to-date training in ATS Plateau DUTIES:May operate light passenger vehicles vans pickup trucks etc. to transport passengers materials or equipment in an industrial area either inside or outside the local with special projects as other duties as REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram and schedule to use sheet metal shear band saws skill saws hot knives vises and other common tools to create tooling containers and shipping to use forklifts pallet jacks hand trucks and other various material handling equipment to move stage and deliver parts tools and raw stock of shipping systems including FEDEX UPS and AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one (1) year of inventory handling and control or warehouse operation experience required including operation of trucks pallet jacks and certification required (must obtain certification within 60 days of hire). 49CFR and IATA dangerous goods training (compliant to ATS requirementswithin 30 days of hire).Valid state drivers license required for the areas of Operation Support Representative Warehouse HPD Clerk Warehouse Shipping Clerk and Tooling & Calibration EFFORTAND DEXTERITY: While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to sit; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. The employee will also be required to stand walk stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. CompensationThe full base pay range for this position is $20.77 - $27.00 hourly not including bonuses or benefits. Your pay will be based on your experience skills and education as well as internal equity to ensure fairness across the team. Candidates closer to the lower end of the range are typically building their expertise while those at the higher end bring significant experience and specialized knowledge.
