Logistics & Purchasing Coordinator

A growing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Purchasing Coordinator to support its supply chain and inventory operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring products move efficiently from suppliers to warehouses while maintaining optimal inventory levels across multiple sales channels.

The successful candidate will coordinate domestic and international shipments monitor inventory create replenishment plans and work closely with suppliers freight forwarders warehouses and internal teams. The ideal candidate is proactive analytical and enjoys using data to improve operational efficiency and support purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments

Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stock shortages

Create replenishment plans for Amazon Walmart and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses

Coordinate with suppliers freight forwarders and warehouse partners

Track shipments from production through final delivery

Analyze sales trends and inventory data to support purchasing decisions

Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory management systems

Identify opportunities to improve inventory planning and operational efficiency

Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability

Assist with additional logistics and purchasing projects as needed

Qualifications:

Professional office experience required

Experience in logistics purchasing operations supply chain or a related field is a plus but not required

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented with strong planning and follow-through skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
