Logistics Manager

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Logistics Manager

• Location: Houston TX (77034)

• Pay: $55000/year

• Hours: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM

• Duration: Temp to Perm

• Description of Duties:

  • Manage customer orders deliveries inventory and logistics using SAP

  • Coordinate trucking rail bulk shipping and ISO container transportation

  • Manage carriers and vendors while coordinating product movement

  • Work with domestic and international teams including the French headquarters

  • Assist with purchasing billing and other office functions as needed

• Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or related field

  • 7 years of logistics experience

  • Experience managing railroad and trucking carriers required

  • SAP and ERP experience required

  • Supply chain materials management and purchasing experience

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Marine logistics experience preferred

  • Ability to travel 12 times per year

  • French language skills and veteran status are a plus
