Logistics Main dayshift

Nesco Resource is hiring a Logistics / Main for our local client in Hickory NC
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
Pay: $17.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight inspect shipments for damage and verify bill of lading accuracy. 1
• Material Handling: Transport raw materials and finished products safely throughout the manufacturing plant using a forklift pallet jack or other equipment. 1
• Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts track inventory movement and log stock status using internal warehouse management systems. 1
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all plant safety regulations wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean warehouse floor. 1 2

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing warehouse or logistics environment.
• Equipment Skills: Forklift certification or the ability to be trained and certified on-the-job.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long shifts lift up to 50 lbs and bend or reach consistently.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1 2
