Job Summary/ Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking students who are passionate about logistics to join our 2026 Fall Internship Program. The 2026 Fall Internship Program is a part time 12 week long opportunity that will provide the intern with professional work experience mentorship and exposure to operations for MSC addition to the hands-on work assignments and projects the intern will also increase their knowledge in shipping and logistics operations for a global organization.

The Baltimore office is located at 401 E. Pratt St Baltimore MD 21202 and this role will be fully in-office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to various departments by performing administrative related tasks as needed
• Prepare and review various documents and reports
• Enter data efficiently and effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintains good customer relationships with new and existing clients/vendors

This role requires working on-site in the office for five days aweek from Monday to Friday. There is no option for fully remote or hybrid workin this role unless required off-site duties are being performed.

Qualifications & Key Competencies:

Qualifications:

• Must have valid work authorization. If under the age of 18 you must have a workers permit.
• Must be currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in a related field.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 29 hours per week.
• Must be able to work during office hours 9 AM 5 PM during the internship period.
