Job Summary

Zolon TTS LLC is the prime contractor supporting the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Ranges Engineering and Analysis Department (Code 70) delivering full-spectrum undersea test and evaluation (T&E) and fleet training capabilities across a portfolio of programs and service cost centers including the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) Range the Undersea Warfare Training Range and the Advanced Instrumentation Systems Technology (AIST) Program among others. Code 70 also operates detachments including the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) and multiple Shipboard Electronic Systems Evaluation Facilities (SESEF) worldwide. Zolon is seeking a Logistician to provide business services in program management financial management and office management in support of Code 70s mission working across Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Enterprise Data Capabilities (EDC) and related NUWCDIVNPT financial and program systems.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly reviews of Code 70 General Equipment (Client) inventory within Navy ERP and physically verify equipment location and status.
Review a minimum of 10% of the Client inventory each month to ensure the entire inventory is validated annually.
Verify that physical assets match inventory records in Navy ERP and the General Equipment Action Request System (GEARS).
Ensure equipment is properly accounted for maintained secured reported and recorded in accordance with General Equipment Standard Operating Procedures.
Document inventory review results and maintain accurate Client inventory records in SharePoint.
Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system records and recommend corrective actions to resolve issues.
Submit GEARS change requests and track corrective actions through completion upon Government approval.
Collect enter and update General Equipment data in Navy ERP and GEARS upon receipt of new equipment notifications.
Generate material and service requests for Government approval and upload requests into MMTS and inventory tracking systems.
Maintain and update project planning and Client tracking data in GEARS and other inventory management systems.
Maintain project structures elements and associated inventory attributes within Navy ERP or other NAVSEA inventory management/warehouse systems.
Process property movement requests by generating Material Transfer Requests (MTR) and Transportation Requests (TR) using the Warehouse Action Request Process (WARP).
Manage excess inventory by coordinating material induction into warehouse systems.
Generate DD-1149 shipping documentation using the Online Shipping Process (OSP) for Government property shipments.
Provide customers with electronic copies of shipping documentation and shipment details.
Track shipment status and notify stakeholders of delivery confirmation or potential delays.
Process property disposal requests by generating DD-1348 documentation using the Disposal Tracking System (DTS).
Distribute approved disposal documentation to appropriate stakeholders including Code 107 Government customers and the Code 70 Property Lead.
Support inventory audits and data calls by validating equipment data within Navy ERP and GEARS.
Ensure compliance with government property management policies logistics procedures and inventory control requirements.
Assist in coordinating logistics support activities to ensure equipment and materials are available on time for operational needs.
Support the preparation and submission of logistics documentation and administrative records required for equipment management processes.
Monitor and update logistics tracking systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Support the review of logistics processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams and Government stakeholders to facilitate timely processing of logistics requests and documentation.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher in Business Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in property management General Equipment (Client) logistics or supply chain operations.
Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Demonstrated experience working with General Equipment Action Request System (GEARS) Warehouse Action Request Process (WARP) Online Shipping Process (OSP) or Disposal Tracking System (DTS).
Experience maintaining and updating inventory management systems logistics databases or warehouse management tools.
