As a Lodge Service Specialist & Parking Attendant youll play a key role in creating a clean safe and welcoming environment for our guests and employees. This dual role ensures our lodges are sparkling and our parking areas run smoothly both essential parts of delivering a great guest experience.

While every day looks a little different you can expect to:

• Provide daily cleaning shoveling and servicing of the Boreal Main Lodge Woodward Tahoe and Soda Springs facilities.
• Ensure entryways seating areas walkways elevators stairs and restrooms are clean safe and sanitary.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and help manage the orderly and efficient flow of vehicles in parking areas.
• Work as part of a team to maintain a positive guest-focused environment.
• Lift and carry cleaning supplies push mops brooms and vacuum cleaners and shovel snow as needed.
• Take ownership of cleanliness guest interaction and safety responsibilities.

• A friendly approachable and reliable team player.
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay on task with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work outdoors in cold snowy or wet conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform physically active tasks.
• Self-motivation and a positive attitude dedicated to guest and team satisfaction.
• Safety awareness at all times proper PPE use is crucial.
