Locum Physician Anesthesiology

**Job Overview:**We are seeking qualified providers who can commit to a minimum of one week per month throughout the 2027 calendar year.

Below are the available dates for assignments.

**Work Schedule:**- Shifts: 7 AM to 3 PM - Duration: 8-hour shifts only (10-hour shifts are not an option)

**Available Dates in 2027:**

- January 18-22- January 25-29

- February 1-5- February 8-12- February 15-19

- March 29-April 2- April 5-9- April 21-23 (limited availability)

- April 26-27 (limited availability)- May 3-7

- May 24-28- June 1-4 (note: no shifts on May 31 due to Memorial Day)- June 7-11

- June 14-18- June 21-25- June 28-July 2

- July 5-9- July 12-16- July 19-23- July 26-30

- August 2-6- August 9-13- August 16-20

- October 4-8- October 11-15- October 18-22

- November 8-12- November 29-December 3

- December 13-17- December 20-23 (no shifts on December 24 for Christmas Eve)- December 27-30 (note: no shifts on New Years Eve)

**Candidate Requirements:**

- Board certified- Valid IN License CSR and DEA registration

- Must be a drive-in candidate

- Willingness to sign Anesthesia Attestation for all procedures

- Must be fully credentialed with a locum tenens agency

- Provision of case logs is required
