Responsibilities
- Gather scrutinize and systematically arrange all required loan application documentation to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
- Input and maintain borrower data within internal databases while strictly adhering to established data security and privacy protocols.
- Collaborate closely with loan officers and underwriters to address information gaps and clarify specific application details.
- Track application progress against established timelines and proactively provide status updates to clients.
- Support the assembly of closing documentation packages ensuring all regulatory mandates are satisfied before final approval.
- Keep both digital and physical records for active and completed loan files meticulously organized and accessible.
Requirements
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or relevant academic background in finance is considered an asset.
- Entry-level experience (0-1 years) within the banking sector administrative support or customer service environments.
- Demonstrated keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage diverse tasks efficiently within a dynamic fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and prior exposure to loan processing software are highly desirable.
- Superior written and oral communication abilities paired with a polished professional presence.
