Principal Accountabilities

  • Operating equipment associated with the loadout and unloading process for bulk materials including trucks and/or rail cars utilizing scales pumps conveyors and mobile equipment
  • Creating scale tickets collecting product samples and supervising tank inventory utilizing computer systems to input and record data as necessary
  • Inspecting buildings grounds and equipment utilized by the facility to perform light maintenance and repair work; determine immediate and long range needs for maintenance and repair work
  • Solve issues independently with minimal guidance
  • Interacting regularly with peers management merchants and customers to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
  • Taking initiative in making decisions within your scope and escalating other issues to your supervisor or manager
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Understanding and adhering to all policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to independently problem solve and resolve issues within the scope of the role
  • Ability to to learn computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Outlook and SAP
  • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat cold dust loud noise etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to work in elevated areas (140 feet and above) via ladders and/or stairs
  • Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending lifting up to 50lbs kneeling climbing crawling and twisting with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Must have very good time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously prioritize tasks and follow-up skills
  • Must have high attention to detail
  • Ability to work overtime weekends and holidays with advance notice


Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems
  • Experience working in a production related work
