If you thrive in a fun fast-paced and team-oriented environment park yourself at VPNE and apply today!Position OverviewThe Loading Dock Supervisor bridges the gap between logistical operations and exceptional this role you will oversee loading dock activities ensure strict policy and safety compliance and lead your team to deliver pleasant courteous and efficient service to all guests and ScheduleCore Hours:Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 4:30 PMFlexibility:Occasional rotating Saturday shifts required 8:00 AM 2:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & LeadershipPrioritize exceptional guest experiences in every interaction by maintaining a welcoming ready-to-serve all guests with eye contact and a smile prioritizing their needs before other administrative VPNE preferred terminology and communication with training coaching and mentoring new and existing employees on best Operations & LogisticsLog all incoming deliveries to the loading dock scan and efficiently deliver packages to building traffic control parking enforcement and building access for all loading dock clean and organized dock spaces using brooms dustpans and floor all VPNE and site-specific policies and & RequirementsExperience Level:Entry to Mid-Level. Proven experience in warehouse operations with demonstrated success in a supervisory team lead or management :High School Diploma or GED Requirement:Must be at least 18 years of Skills:Proficient in English (written and verbal).Compliance & Technical Skills:Strong working knowledge of OSHA and DOT safety standards.
