Loader — Sit-Down Propane Forklift Clamp Operator (#3a12)

You will support inbound/outbound operations by safely and efficiently loading trailers and containers using sit-down propane forklift and clamp equipment. Your work directly reduces transit damage improves cube utilization and helps the operations team meet shipment schedules. Onsite day shift (MondayFriday 6:30 AM3:00 PM) with possible overtime as volume requires.

• Operate a sit-down propane forklift or clamp truck to load full pallets and floor-stacked freight
• Maximize trailer and container cube while protecting product from damage
• Secure and brace loads; verify count and door assignment before sealing
• Complete trailer safety and pest checks prior to loading
• Use the WMS for picking staging and load confirmation
• Perform daily pre-use equipment inspections and report defects

• Verifiable sit-down propane forklift experience
• Prior container or trailer loading experience with cube optimization
• Understanding of load securement and damage prevention practices
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Must pass a written equipment assessment before being scheduled to start
• Must pass a hands-on forklift certification with the site trainer on your first day onsite
• Orange reflective safety vest and enclosed-toe shoes required for facility entry; badge access required
• Must comply with GFSI food-safety standards

• Clamp attachment experience (required for some openings)
