We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our dedicated team. As the Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while overseeing the overall operations of the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments within the facility.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations including CMS guidelines.
• Financial Management: Oversee the facilitys budget financial planning and cost control.
• Staff Management: Recruit hire train and develop a high-performing team.
• Resident Care: Promote a resident-centered culture and ensure the delivery of quality care.
• Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents families and community partners.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care administration.
• Education: Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations financial management and human resources.
• Skills: Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
