What Youll Do
  • Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients and residents

  • Assist with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility

  • Take and document vital signs and report changes in condition to the appropriate nurse

  • Assist with meals and other daily care needs

  • Help maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment

  • Communicate respectfully with patients residents families and members of the healthcare team

  • Follow facility policies procedures and care plans

  • Promote patient dignity comfort and independence

What Were Looking For
  • Active New Hampshire LNA license

  • Previous healthcare long-term care or facility experience preferred

  • Reliable and dependable work ethic

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to adapt to different facility environments

  • Compassionate and professional approach to patient care

  • Comfortable working independently while being part of a larger care team
