This is a Remote position available in the United States.
The LMS Analyst will manage and optimize the Bright Horizons Learning Management System (LMS) Cornerstone ensuring seamless learning experiences across the organization. This role blends technical troubleshooting strategic system planning and frontline support and plays a key role in enabling data- driven decisions and scalable learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
Administer and configure the LMS including user roles permissions course assignments and system settings
Upload test and manage eLearning content instructor-led training and blended learning programs
Monitor system performance troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with HRIS IT and vendors for updates and enhancements
Analyze LMS usage data to identify trends measure effectiveness and recommend improvements
Create and maintain learning paths certifications and curricula aligned with organizational goals
Provide technical support and resolve One Support tickets from learners facilitators and internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain user guides FAQs and training materials to promote LMS adoption
Generate and distribute reports on learning progress completion rates and compliance metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally with Education and Development Contact Center and corporate functions to support learning initiatives and system integrations
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years managing and supporting LMS platforms
Cornerstone professional experience
High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Technology Information Technology or a related field
Experience with Workday
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in SCORM xAPI and LMSSIS integrations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
Experience with Techsmith suite of products
Excellent communication project management and customer service skills with the ability to support diverse stakeholders
Ability to leverage AI tools

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $76000 $86000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience education and training certifications geography and other relevant business or organizational factors.
