Your Role at Delta Faucet:

The LMS Administrator is responsible for the ongoing administration optimization and support of DFCs trade sales Learning Management System (LMS). This role manages day-to-day system operations supports learning content and journeys provides user and technical support and partners closely with Learning & Development (L&D) and IT teams to ensure effective learning delivery and system alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) including configuration updates and system optimization.
• Manage user accounts roles permissions and provide learner and administrator support.
• Upload organize maintain and quality-check learning content and learning journeys.
• Troubleshoot LMS technical issues and coordinate with IT and vendors for escalated support.
• Build and maintain learning paths curricula certifications and onboarding programs.
• Generate and analyze LMS reports to support compliance training effectiveness and business insights.
• Support virtual training webinars and L&D processes to ensure smooth learning delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education Human Resources Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System.
• Working knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning standards.
• Experience supporting reporting learning paths and virtual learning tools.
• Strong organizational analytical and communication skills.
