Litigator Remote

Role Title: Litigator / Practicing Attorney
Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote US Only

We are looking for experienced Litigators and Practicing Attorneys to support a project at the intersection of law and emerging technology. Youll apply your legal expertise to evaluate AI-generated legal content assess complex legal scenarios and provide precise feedback. AI experience is not required.

• Evaluate AI-generated legal briefs arguments memos and other legal content.
• Review outputs for legal accuracy factual consistency and analytical quality.
• Identify errors gaps and logical inconsistencies and provide detailed feedback.
• Analyze ambiguous and complex legal scenarios to support model calibration.
• Draft or edit sample legal arguments and language across litigation scenarios.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly.

• JD from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 315 years of post-JD legal experience preferably in litigation.
• Trial appellate or federal/state court experience is preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Experience as a law journal editor or published legal author is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and precisely.
• Legal teaching or instructional experience is desirable.
