JSH is looking for an established litigation partner to join our growing practices. This is a role for a proven trial lawyer who wants the backing of Arizonas second-largest law firm - trusted by major carriers across the Southwest - without giving up the autonomy of running your own practice.
Youll step into a leadership role from day one: trying cases arguing motions and standing before juries and arbitrators while mentoring the next generation of JSH trial lawyers.

What were looking for:
- Arizona Bar member in good standing
- 6 years in civil litigation and/or insurance defense with substantial first-chair trial and arbitration experience
- A proven track record with depositions discovery motions practice and court appearances
- Insurance defense background (auto bad faith construction GL med mal PI premises product professional transportation etc.) strongly preferred
- An existing book of business or strong business development track record a plus
- Someone who wants to win for clients and lead a team that does the same
