Job Summary
About the Role
Join a plaintiff-side securities litigation team supporting complex high-profile class actions. You will work closely with attorneys to develop case facts and coordinate litigation work across multiple offices.
What Youll Do
- Support attorneys through all phases of securities litigation including cite checking fact checking and proofreading legal documents.
- Conduct legal and factual research to help build case records and support case development.
- Manage document review and e-discovery using platforms such as Relativity and Everlaw.
- Coordinate and track complex motion filings in federal and state courts.
- Assist with marketing-related work including preparing responses to government requests for proposals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices and travel as needed.
What Were Looking For
- Two to five years of litigation experience preferably in securities antitrust or complex class actions.
- A bachelors degree; a paralegal-only degree does not meet this requirement.
- Experience conducting legal and factual research managing document review and e-discovery and tracking court filings.
- Strong writing proofreading organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint along with Relativity or Everlaw experience.
- Interest in plaintiff-side litigation and the ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $90000 to $120000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid with three in-office days per week Tuesday through Thursday. The role is based in Boston Massachusetts or San Francisco California.
