This is a full-time in-office opportunity based in Wichita Kansas offering the benefits of working closely with an experienced litigation team in a collaborative environment.
Note:
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Kansas and have at least 1 years of experience in medical malpractice or civil litigation.

Job Description
- Represent clients in medical malpractice and civil litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings motions briefs and other litigation documents.
- Attend court hearings depositions mediations and other litigation proceedings.
- Interview witnesses and work with expert witnesses to build strong case strategies.
- Collaborate closely with partners attorneys and support staff throughout each case.
- Advise clients regarding legal rights litigation strategy and case developments.
- Assist with managing litigation matters from initial filing through resolution.
- Maintain organized case files while ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Kansas Bar license in good standing.
- 1 years of medical malpractice or civil litigation experience.
- Strong legal research writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
