Location:
Torrance California. This is a full-time on-site position where youll collaborate closely with attorneys staff and clients in a supportive office environment.

Note:
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California and have at least 5 years of attorney experience. Litigation experience is strongly preferred but not required.

Job Description

• Manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy legal risks and case developments.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions pleadings briefs petitions and other legal documents.
• Handle written discovery depositions subpoenas and evidence collection.
• Appear in court for hearings settlement conferences and other proceedings.
• Work closely with clients to develop effective legal strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver outstanding client service.
• Participate in trial preparation and bench trials as experience permits.
• Maintain organized case files while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced practice.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 5 years of attorney experience required.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research writing and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Client-focused mindset and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar office software.
