Job Description:
- Represent clients within various Personal Injury cases
- Handle all phases of litigation including drafting pleadings and discovery managing files handling hearings depositions arbitrations and trials
Required work experience includes:
- 2-5 years of litigation experience from the side of the Plaintiff in handling Personal Injury Liability and/or Nursing Home cases
- Experienced in working with a mid-sized to a large law firm
- Demonstrate an exceptional writing ability in reference to pleadings and depositions
Preferred skill/ experiences include:
- ACTIVE Bar membership in Indiana and Tennessee
- First Chair experience
Required education/ licenses include:
- Juris Doctorate
- ACTIVE Bar membership in Kentucky
