Kean Miller is currently seeking a partnership-track associate or reduced-hours attorney to work in our Labor & Employment Construction and Commercial Litigation group in our Shreveport office.


At least three years of relevant litigation experience is required for consideration. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials significant writing experience demonstrated through law review or clerkship work and strong references. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to independently manage client relationships and matters as well as the desire to further develop client and referral relationships. The successful candidate should have a track record of high achievement; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced challenging environment involving high-profile high-stakes litigation; strong teamwork skills; and superior written and verbal communication abilities. A current Louisiana bar license is required.
