Nelson Mullins is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in its Boston office. As an AmLaw 100 firm this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate whowants to be part of a dynamic team in one of its growing locations.

Nelson Mullins serves the needs of the Firms growing list of regional and national clients from the Massachusetts capital. Boston office attorneys and professionals provide services in among other areas litigation intellectual property government relations employment and labor corporate services mergers and acquisitions bankruptcy and creditors rights and consumer financial services. The Boston office houses a team of intellectual property attorneys and patent and technical professionals. They are scientists engineers and mathematicians many with Ph.D. degrees masters and bachelor degrees in technical disciplines. Additionally Boston is home to some of the attorneys in our Federal Government Strategies team who focus on government relations consulting and lobbying.

You have oneto three years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation matters. Prior service as a federal court clerk is a plus. Youre prepared to draft and argue discovery and other motions take and defend depositions and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the team. You possess exceptional organizational oral and written advocacy skills strong academic credentials and a solid understanding of procedural and substantive law. You are adept in case management ready to take the lead andare admitted to and in good standing with the Masschusetts Bar.

• The salary/wage range for this position is $185000 - $205000 annually.
