Belay Technologies is seeking a System Administrator (SA) to join our Intel team. The SA will provide Linux systems administration and operational support for mission-critical environments including command-line system administration and application data and messaging flow management.
- Support implementation troubleshooting maintenance and daily operations of IT systems.
- Provide Tier I and Tier II problem identification diagnosis escalation and resolution.
- Configure and manage Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems.
- Install and load operating system software and troubleshoot system issues.
- Monitor systems and resolve problems involving client/server storage network mobile and other IT devices.
- Manage system configuration resource utilization capacity analysis reliability and performance.
- Support application data and messaging flows.
- Provide technical support and status updates to agency management and internal customers.
- Troubleshoot dispatch system and hardware problems through resolution.
- Provide detailed analysis and feedback on escalated tickets.
- TS/SCI with polygraph required
- SA1: 5 years of experience with no degree required
- SA2: 10 years of experience with no degree required
- SIGINT and linux experience
- Five years of experience supporting applications in a SIGINT environment desired
- Three years of experience configuring troubleshooting monitoring and administering messaging services such as JMS TIBCO ActiveMQ Artemis or Kafka.
- IAT Level I or applicable IA baseline certification in Linux UNIX Windows or Cisco OS.

Salary Range: $120000.00 to $157500.00
