Position Summary
The Line Cooks prepare high-quality dishes to Karbach standards maintaining a clean organized and efficient kitchen. This role supports daily kitchen operations and ensures every plate leaving the line represents our commitment to quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and portion standards.
- Maintain food safety cleanliness and organization in all prep and service areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen teammates to ensure smooth service.
- Follow proper food storage and labeling procedures.
- Assist with kitchen setup breakdown and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
- Current Texas Food Handlers Permit (or ability to obtain one).
- Reliable positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Sunday availability required.
