Line Controller

• Gauge and visually inspect bottles to ensure they meet the necessary specifications in accordance with company procedure
• Observe the performance of the cold end equipment both directly and via Ardagh Production System (APS)
• Establish an effective communication flow between the Hot End (verbally) and also via APS in order to resolve problems quickly and effectively
• Monitor line performance and report any issues to supervision in a timely manner
• Monitoring the quality of the sleeving function

• Educated to SQA Higher Level
• Knowledge of Glass inspection equipment and bottle faults
• A good understanding of Lean Sigma six (LSS) Tools and continuous improvement
• Enthusiasm commitment personal drive and customer focus
• Computer literate with good oral and written communication skills

• Salary Minimum 39396 - 44855 Maximum
• Salary sacrifice pension scheme with up to 10% matched contributions
• Normal shift pattern is determined by the 5-crew shift rota however typically consists of a two 12-hour day shifts followed by two 12-hour night shifts and then a six-day rest period which includes 21 shifts holiday which are built into the shift 5 crew rota.
