PROJECT PAY SPOTLIGHT:

We are offering an exclusive $10.00/hr incentive pay bump specifically for this Eagle Mountain project. This means you will start at an incredible $30.80/hr ($20.80 base $10.00 project incentive). Employees must work a minimum of 40 hours per week to qualify for the project incentive pay. Minimum hours required are subject to change based on project schedule and business needs. What Were Looking For:

Ready to commit to a premier 2-year project local to Eagle Mountain (standard positions after the project will transition to a traditional travel schedule as the temporary local incentive ends).

Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week to remain eligible for project incentive pay (minimum hours required are subject to change based on project schedule and business needs).

18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

Able to pass a medical exam & drug test.

A licensed driver with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report).

Physically fit Can lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders.

Honest hardworking and a team player who enjoys working outdoors.

Construction or electrical experience is a HUGE plus!

What Youll Be Doing:

Installing lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects.

Reading blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations.

Handling and installing lightning protection cables.

Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations.

Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.

Tackling other duties as assignedbecause every day is an adventure!
