Schedule: Night Shift 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Surgical Licensed Practical Nurse for an 8-week contract opportunity in Oswego New York. This role supports an adult and geriatric Med Surg unit caring for patients with pulmonary cardiac and GI conditions.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for adult and geriatric Med Surg patients
Support care for pulmonary cardiac and GI patient needs
Administer medications and treatments as directed by care plans
Document patient care accurately using Meditech charting
Float as a helper to ICU ED or OB if needed due to low census
Requirements
active new york lpn license required
bls certification required
minimum 1 year of medical surgical lpn experience required
adult and geriatric patient care experience preferred
must be available for night shift 12-hour shifts and floating as needed
