Your base pay reflects your years of nursing experience. Earn additional hourly pay through these shift differentials:

As an LPN at Warde youll bring both clinical expertise and a personal touch to resident care. You will:

• Provide individualized nursing care that supports residents medical needs comfort and dignity.
• Assess plan implement and monitor resident care plans in collaboration with supervisors and attending physicians.
• Guide and support LNAs and LMNAs on your assigned unit.
• Deliver care in accordance with Catholic Charities NH policies professional standards and state and federal regulations.

Requirements.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• A current LPN license in good standing with the New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• A compassionate approach and a commitment to working together to provide quality care.
