First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads.

Requirements

Active LPN license
Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
Current BLS/CPR
PPD within the last year
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments
Collect and document patient information
Provide wound care and patient education
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Assist with activities of daily living as needed
Coordinate care with nurses physicians and other healthcare providers
Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
