Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nights

Job Summary

NeuLife Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to individuals with traumatic brain injuries spinal cord injuries and other neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor assess and document patient conditions.
• Record vital signs and maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Perform wound care and other nursing treatments within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
• Follow infection control safety and HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in emergency response procedures as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana LPN license in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• IV Certification preferred.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation long-term care or neurological care is a plus.
